With Bad Brains on the front cover, and Elvis on the back cover, this issue is packed with articles on funky rock music spanning several decades. The cool thing about this issue is that even if you are no record nerd, you will find plenty of interesting articles, and will appreciate Wax Poetics unique point of view on the subject. So while you think you may have seen it all as far as magazine coverage on rock & roll history, you haven't. Pick this unique issue up, I have a feeling it may be a collector's item in the not so distant future.
